30-Day Returns
At Bambeso, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a straightforward return process within a window of 30 days of delivery.
This policy is in addition to any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
This policy applies to orders shipped within Australia.
Returns Overview
Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
Item Condition: Products must be returned in new or lightly used condition, in a clean and resalable state, and with all original packaging.

Return Shipping Costs
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, or incorrect, Bambeso will cover all return shipping costs.
Bambeso does accept returns for defective and non-defective products.
Change of Mind Returns
If you decide the item is no longer suitable (for example, wrong size or preference change), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
How to Lodge a Return
Get in Touch
Email us at info@bambeso.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the return.
Return Approval
Returns must be approved by Bambeso before being sent back. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Prepare the Item
Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documentation.
Return the Parcel
Send the item using the return instructions provided in our return confirmation email.
Refunds
Assessment
Once your return is received, it will be checked to ensure it meets our return conditions.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
All refunds are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Exchanges
Yes, Bambeso does accept exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or product, please contact our support team. We’ll do our best to assist, subject to stock availability.
Items Not Eligible for Return
For health and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned. These items will be clearly identified as non-returnable on the product page.
Non-Arrival or Lost Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, or is confirmed as lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will investigate the issue with the carrier and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed, provided they have not yet been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, it will need to be returned in accordance with this Returns & Refunds Policy.
